| Using framing theory alongside the concept of feminist activist imaginaries, the findings show how activists diagnose structural conditions that render Czech academia hostile to gendered lives, formulate visions of safer academic futures, and sustain motivation through relational practices. By grounding their work in care, solidarity, and collective responsibility, the activists' efforts illuminate how, even amid neoliberal and illiberal constraints, feminist imagination operates as both method and politics: a way of enduring the present while enacting the possibility of a university otherwise. | |
