It is evident in the accounts of women who suffer partner violence, the acquisition of cultural habitus, which are reflected in the need for affection and protection. In addition, the situations experienced by these women shape their subjectivity in relation to the perception they have of the male figure, which allows them to build the imaginary of providing support and understanding to the female gender.
